Contact Management - Using Oprius to attract prospects

Dave here,

Have you ever tried to keep up with all of your prospects and possible new business partners?

In case you have not heard, there is a new web based contact management software out there that I think is really easy to use. You can even try it out free for 30 days to see if this is something that will help you in your business.

One of the features that I really like is that it will let you categorize your groups and let you stage them as they move through the sales process. This comes in really handy for me as I am working with more than one business at a time. I can separate each business by color code which allows me to build multiple groups that are easily identified.

This will also let me run pre-built email templates and send a campaign to each different business. It also has a really cool widget that will allow you to place a lead capture form on each of your splash pages that will then import your responders directly to your contact manager database and send them a follow up email campaign.

You can then call them right from your contacts page and place all of your notes right there with their other information. Then just click on your follow up date and it transfers right to your calendar.

Have you ever been on the phone with someone, and they say call be back next week, I am very interested, but very busy right now? Then next week comes along and you cant remember who you were supposed to call back? Argh, I hate it when that happens. This system will allow you to stay in touch with hundreds of people with that simple process.

If you are looking for an integrated platform to handle all of your email, calendar, contacts, task lists and dialing follow up schedule, you should check out this system. I know that there are other tools out there for this, but I have found that Oprius is a little easier to use than some of the more expensive software platforms.

Remember, just click on this Oprius link for your 30 day free trial. If you would like to see how we are using the relationship builder part of the program with pre-built campaigns, then simply fill in the form on the side to ask me any questions.
